Overview
This was a two year old house with builder grade finishes and a track home style layout. We touched and modified almost every area of this home, turning it into a fully custom home.
The primary goal was to design an open-concept living space, removing barriers that hindered family interaction and promoting a natural flow. Emphasizing modern aesthetics and functionality was crucial.
Our team initiated a transformative process, beginning with the removal of specific walls while preserving the home's structural integrity. This change seamlessly integrated the kitchen, dining, and living areas and elevated the entryway, imparting it with a grandeur.
We introduced larger windows and thoughtful lighting, bathing the home in a brighter, more inviting glow. The kitchen received modern appliances, countertops, and a versatile island, while the living space featured built-in shelves and inviting seating to foster family time.
Additionally, we combined the mudroom and laundry room, creating a multifunctional space that blends convenience with a clutter-free design for daily activities.
